The federal government has granted approval to 42 corporations, together with 28 MSMEs, beneath the Manufacturing Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme for telecom and networking merchandise, entailing whole dedicated funding of ₹4,115 crore by the companies, in accordance with an official assertion.

In the meantime, HFCL in a separate BSE submitting stated it has acquired an approval from the Small Industries Improvement Financial institution of India (SIDBI), Venture Administration Company (PMA) and competent authority appointed beneath the PLI scheme, for availing “incentives beneath the PLI scheme as much as ₹652.79 crore, on manufacturing and gross sales of telecom and networking merchandise, unfold over a interval of 5 years, throughout monetary 12 months 2022-23 to 2026-27”.
