The United Nations, Turkey and Ukraine agreed on Sunday on an Oct. 31 motion plan for 16 vessels which can be in Turkish waters, a day after Russia suspended its participation to the Black Sea grain initiative that allowed meals exports from Ukrainian ports.
In a press release, the Joint Coordination Centre (JCC) in Istanbul, the place Russian, Ukrainian and Turkish and U.N. personnel are working, stated the three delegations had additionally agreed for inspections to be offered on Monday to 40 outbound vessels.
