The board of Ramco Cements Ltd. has unanimously determined to separate the posts of non-executive chairman and managing director.

On Could 23, the board accepted the suggestions of SEBI Committee on Company Governance to separate the roles of non-executive chairman and MD, which is taken into account to be one of many highest requirements in company governance, it stated in an announcement.
