Moviespapa: Salman Khan’s lawyer asked a neighbor on Panvelo’s farm not to involve religion in the defamation case: Bollywood News

Bollywood actor Salman Khan owns a large estate in Panwell, where he organizes lavish parties and celebrates his birthday every year. Arpita Farms is the name of the property, and it is currently involved in a lawsuit with a neighbor. Salman’s lawyers are battling a defamation lawsuit filed by the actor’s neighbor by Panvelo Ketan Kakkadu, who has leveled various accusations against the actor in a video that went viral.

Salman reportedly sought legal help to prevent Cockatoo from posting on social media any defamatory material about him and his family, and to delete any entries. The case was considered by the judge of additional sessions Anil H. Ludda. During the trial, Salman’s lawyer claimed that Kakad was undermining Salman Khan’s reputation, and asked why his religion was being nurtured. “My mother is Hindu; my father is a Muslim and my brothers married Hindus. We celebrate all festivals, ”the defender said on behalf of Salman, TOI reports.

In this court battle, Kakad claims that Salman Khan blocked access to his plot of land adjacent to Arpit’s farms. The actor’s lawyer, on the contrary, denied these claims. According to the news publication, Salman Khan also asked to suspend the work of Ketan Kakkad’s accounts on social networks. The luxurious house is named after Salman Arpita’s sister. Salman Khan and his close friends and family have long been in this property during the first closure in 2020.
